- Name Koinonia Foundation a beneficiary in your will. Designate the following: ”Koinonia Foundation, a nonprofit corporation, organized and existing under the laws of the State of Michigan, with its principal place of business address at 128 Coldbrook St. NE Grand Rapid MI 49503″
